Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "SFG" refers to the SFG esports identity platform operated at sfg.ge
• "Services" refers to all features provided by SFG, including the leaderboard, profiles, subscription tiers, Discord integrations, and related tools
• "Free Tier" refers to the unpaid account with basic features
• "Premium" refers to the paid monthly (7 GEL/month) or annual (70 GEL/year) subscription tier
• "Elite" refers to the one-time payment (99 GEL) lifetime access tier
• "Genesis member" refers to the first 100 Premium subscribers who receive permanently locked pricing
• "Architect" refers to the first 20 Elite buyers who receive exclusive, non-transferable recognition
• "Founder" refers to the original 50 leaderboard players from the first recruitment wave (legacy status, closed)

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use SFG services.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent, to make a purchase.
• You must register only a Riot account you currently own and control.
• False, deceptive, boosted, or impersonated registrations are prohibited and may result in permanent removal.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any linked Riot accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify SFG immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• One person may hold only one SFG account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Tier

• Available to all verified users at no cost.
• May be upgraded to Premium or Elite at any time.
• SFG reserves the right to modify Free Tier features with reasonable notice.

4.2 Premium Monthly (7 GEL/month)

• Billed monthly on the same date each month as the original subscription date.
• Auto-renews unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• No partial refunds for the current billing period.

4.3 Premium Annual (70 GEL/year)

• Billed annually on the same date as the original subscription date.
• Auto-renews unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no Premium cosmetics have been applied.
• After 7 days, no refund is available. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid annual period.

4.4 Elite (99 GEL one-time)

• A single, non-recurring payment granting lifetime access to all current and future Premium features, plus Elite-exclusive features.
• "Lifetime" means for the operational lifetime of the SFG platform.
• Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no Elite cosmetics have been applied.
• After 14 days, the purchase is final.

4.5 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed by Bank of Georgia (BOG) and/or TBC Bank via their secure eCommerce gateways.
• SFG does not store credit card numbers or banking credentials.
• Failed payment attempts will trigger a notification. After 3 days of failed renewal, access is suspended until payment succeeds.
• All prices are in Georgian Lari (GEL).

4.6 Price Changes

• SFG may adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days' written notice to affected subscribers.
• Genesis guarantee: The first 100 Premium subscribers (Genesis members) are locked at 7 GEL/month (or 70 GEL/year) for the lifetime of their continuous subscription, regardless of future price changes. This guarantee is void if the subscription lapses for more than 30 days.
• Elite pricing changes do not affect existing Elite holders (their purchase is already complete).

5. Early Adopter Terms

5.1 Genesis Members (first 100 Premium subscribers)

• Receive permanently locked pricing at 7 GEL/month or 70 GEL/year.
• Receive a visible "Genesis" designation and sequential number on their profile.
• Price lock is maintained as long as the subscription remains active. If a Genesis member cancels and does not re-subscribe within 30 days, the price lock and Genesis status are forfeited and the slot is not re-issued.
• Genesis status is non-transferable.
• OG Founders (first 50 leaderboard players) who convert from their complimentary 3-month Premium period receive Genesis status automatically without competing for public slots.

5.2 Architects (first 20 Elite buyers)

• Receive all Elite benefits plus an exclusive Architect crest and sequential number (#001–#020).
• The Architect crest will never be re-issued, sold, or transferred.
• If an Architect receives a refund within the eligible window, their Architect number is released and may be claimed by the next eligible buyer.
• Architect status is non-transferable.

6. Digital Content & Cosmetics

• Subscription features (themes, frames, badges, crests, animated accents) are digital content licensed to you for personal use within the SFG platform.
• You do not own these digital items. They are a license granted under your subscription.
• Digital content may not be resold, transferred, or used outside the SFG platform without written permission.
• If your subscription expires or is canceled, access to Premium/Elite cosmetic features is suspended. Your profile reverts to the Free Tier appearance.
• Elite holders retain their cosmetics permanently (no expiration).

7. Fair-Play and Moderation

• Admins may request re-verification or manually review any suspicious entry at their discretion.
• Accounts may be temporarily marked unverified or permanently removed pending review.
• SFG reserves the right to remove any participant from the leaderboard for conduct that violates community standards, including but not limited to: cheating, boosting, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.
• Moderation decisions regarding paid accounts will include written notice to the affected user via email or Discord DM. Users may appeal moderation decisions by contacting support@sfg.ge within 14 days.
• If a paid account is permanently banned due to a Terms of Service violation, no refund is issued.

8. User-Generated Content

• Profile content you create (banners, bios, status messages, usernames) must not contain illegal material, hate speech, sexually explicit content, threats, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• SFG reserves the right to remove or modify user-generated content that violates these standards without prior notice.
• By uploading content to your SFG profile, you grant SFG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the platform for the purpose of delivering your profile features.

9. Service Availability and Accuracy

• Leaderboard data is provided on a best-effort basis. Third-party game-data providers may rate-limit or become unavailable; rank updates may be delayed as a result.
• SFG makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of displayed statistics.
• SFG may experience planned or unplanned downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
• In the event of extended service disruption (more than 7 consecutive days), affected Premium subscribers may request a pro-rata credit for the disrupted period.

10. Intellectual Property

• The SFG name, logo, design system, and original content are the property of SFG.
• VALORANT, League of Legends, and all related names, logos, characters, and gameplay elements are the intellectual property of Riot Games, Inc. See our Riot Disclaimer for details.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SFG platform content without written permission, except for personal use of their own profile exports.

11. Limitation of Liability

SFG services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law:

• SFG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
• SFG's total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SFG in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• SFG is not responsible for actions taken by Riot Games, Discord, or any third-party service that affect your ability to use SFG features.

12. Termination

• By you: You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@sfg.ge.
• By SFG: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with written notice. In cases of severe violations (cheating, fraud, harassment), suspension may be immediate.
• Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
• For material changes affecting paid subscribers (pricing, refund policy, feature removal), we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email.
• Continued use of SFG services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
• Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication via support@sfg.ge for a period of at least 30 days.
