1. Premium
Premium subscriptions are refundable within 7 calendar days of your first Premium payment. Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method, and your Premium access is revoked immediately.
After the 7-day window: cancellation only. Your renewal is stopped, you are NOT charged again, and you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund is issued.
To cancel, visit your profile page and click "Cancel Subscription". If you are within the 7-day window, the button reads "Request Refund & Cancel" and triggers both.
2. Elite
⚠️ Non-Refundable
Elite is a one-time, lifetime purchase. All Elite sales are final.
This policy exists because Elite grants immediate, permanent cosmetic status (Architect crest, Georgian Flag theme, exclusive emblems) that cannot be reversed once granted. By purchasing Elite, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Exceptional refunds (proven fraud, duplicate charge, platform error) are handled case-by-case. Contact us via the contact page.
3. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your account will be permanently banned from SFG and all associated data will be purged. We will always prefer to resolve disputes directly via email.
4. How to request a refund
- Log in to sfg.ge.
- Open your profile page.
- In the sidebar, find the "Subscription" card.
- Click "Request Refund & Cancel" (within 7 days) or "Cancel Subscription" (after 7 days).
- Confirm in the modal. Refund appears in 5–10 business days.
If the button is not visible or the refund cannot be processed automatically, email us at ereklemacharadze29@gmail.com with your Discord ID and the BoG order ID.
