Privacy Policy

SFG (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the SFG esports identity platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We process only the data required to run SFG services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
1. Data We Collect
1.1 Account & Identity Data
- Discord user identifier (snowflake ID)
- Riot ID (game name + tag) provided voluntarily by the player, and the corresponding Riot PUUID (a persistent game-account identifier used to keep your entry accurate across renames)
- Display name and custom profile information (vanity URL slug, bio, status message, social links)
- Profile customization preferences (selected theme, accent color, card frame, banner image)
1.2 Game Performance Data
- Ranked match-derived statistics (rank, RR, win/loss record, KDA, agent usage, match history)
- Rank history snapshots and performance trends
- Match detail records may include in-game statistics of other participants in the same match (as returned by the game-data API); these are used only to render match scoreboards
- Verification status fields used for fair-play and anti-impersonation controls
1.3 Subscription & Payment Data
- Subscription tier and status (Free, Premium Monthly, Premium Annual, Elite)
- Subscription start date, renewal date, and cancellation date
- Genesis / Architect status and number (if applicable)
- Payment transaction records (date, amount, success/failure status)
- Payment processor reference IDs
We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or full card data. All payment card processing is handled entirely by our payment processor (Bank of Georgia / TBC Bank). Card data is entered directly on their secure payment page and never touches SFG servers. We receive only a transaction reference ID and success/failure status.
1.4 Technical Data
- IP address (used for rate limiting and fraud prevention, not stored long-term)
- Error reports (when something breaks, technical details of the failure are sent to our error-monitoring service to fix it)
We do not run behavioral analytics, page-view tracking, or third-party tracking scripts on sfg.ge.
2. How We Use Data
- Display leaderboard position and public profile statistics
- Deliver subscription features (themes, sync frequency, export styles, Discord roles)
- Process payments and manage billing cycles
- Prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or impersonated registrations
- Assign and sync Discord rank roles automatically
- Send service notifications via Discord direct message (subscription activation, renewal-failure warnings, refund notices, account-status notices)
- Support moderation decisions and account-change reviews
- Honor Genesis member price lock guarantees
We will never use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling for third parties, or any purpose unrelated to SFG services.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Bank of Georgia (BOG) and/or TBC Bank through their certified eCommerce payment gateways. These processors are PCI DSS compliant and handle all card data in accordance with international payment security standards.
When you make a purchase:
- You are redirected to the payment processor’s secure page
- You enter your card details directly on their page
- The processor confirms success or failure to SFG
- SFG receives a transaction reference — never your card number

4. Third-Party Services

We do not share personal data with any other third parties. Each third-party service processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of a verified removal request.
- Game statistics: Retained while your account is active. Rank history snapshots may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve leaderboard integrity.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Georgian tax law.
6. Your Rights
Under Georgian data protection law (aligned with EU GDPR principles), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Restrict certain processing activities
- Object to processing for specific purposes
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact an SFG admin via the official Discord server (or email support@sfg.ge) with your Discord ID and Riot ID. Requests are handled manually by the SFG team — there is currently no self-service deletion button — and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
SFG uses only necessary cookies: the authentication session (sfg_session), a short-lived login-CSRF cookie, and your language preference. These are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies — which is also why there is no cookie consent banner.
8. Age Requirement
SFG services are intended for users aged 13 or older, consistent with the age requirements of Riot Games and Discord. If you believe a minor has registered without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes (such as new categories of data collection or new third-party processors), we will notify active subscribers via Discord (server announcement and/or direct message) at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
